Our Philosophy

Deepening your practice and understanding of conscious breathing helps to harmonize your
personal energy.

We believe that a practice you can apply anywhere, at any time, is a powerful tool for improving the quality of your everyday life. Our goal is to provide our students with a way to improve their lives that can be achieved by almost everyone, in just 15 minutes a day.

Our system is firmly rooted in the teachings and knowledge of the ancient Tibetan tradition of Yantra Yoga, one of the oldest recorded systems of yoga in the world. These centuries of
experience and understanding shape our approach to teaching.

Meet our team

Our teachers have years of experience in teaching yoga and, more recently, the principles of Harmonious Breathing. Each is qualified to teach various forms of traditional yoga, and has also been certified to teach Harmonious Breathing. Most importantly, each brings, understanding, enthusiasm and humor to each class.

  • Patrizia Pearl
    Patrizia PearlSwitzerland

    Patrizia Pearl was born in Switzerland and is a Swiss French and New Zealand citizen, she is bylingual French and English as well as speaking Spanish and German. She started practising Yantra Yoga in 1989 after meeting the Great Dzogchen Master Chögyal Namkhai Norbu. She received her first level Yantra Yoga diploma from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu in 2010, and her second level diploma in 2014. Patrizia conducts courses and workshops of Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing around the world.

    After studying the profound methods of Harmonious Breathing and the anatomy of breathing with Fabio Andrico, in October 2013 she was certified to teach this exceptional method of breathing.

    Patrizia is the founder of Harmonious Breathing online project. A graduate of Swiss Hotel School, she has extensive experience in people skills. From 1998 till 2009 she managed a home care medical service she co-founded in New Zealand, where she raised her 3 children.

    • Nataly Nitsche
      Nataly NitscheVenezuela

      Nataly Nitsche was born in Venezuela. A Spanish, English and German speaker, she has lived in Costa Rica for the last 11 years. Nataly started her career at a young age as a dancer. She has practised yoga since 2007, and in 2011 was accredited as a first level Yantra Yoga teacher and second level teacher in 2014 by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu.

      Nataly developed a profound understanding of Harmonious Breathing with Fabio Andrico. She has attended different Yantra Yoga teacher training courses in Venezuela, USA, Spain, Ukraine and Switzerland. Nataly has 9 years of experience teaching bodywork, beginning with dance, then yoga, and also as a Thai Massage therapist.

      • Alessandra Policreti
        Alessandra PolicretiItaly

        Alessandra Policreti was born in Italy but has since lived in different countries and is now established in Spain. She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and some French. Alessandra started practising Yantra Yoga some 20 years ago with senior instructors and students of the Tibetan Master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu. Since then she has also experienced different methods and disciplines like Iyengar Yoga, contemporary and modern dance, Pilates, and this has allowed her to develop a greater awareness of the body in movement and the connection with the breathing.

        She was authorized as a first level Yantra Yoga instructor in 2010 and since then has been holding regular classes and practice groups in Italy and Spain.
        Alessandra has studied the anatomy of breathing with Fabio Andrico and in June 2016 she was accredited to teach Harmonious Breathing.

        • Gloria Pinsach
          Gloria PinsachSpain

          Gloria Pinsach was born and raised in Catalonia, Spain. She began to practice yoga in 1993, and has trained in Yantra Yoga since 2005. She was authorized by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu to teach the first level of Yantra Yoga in 2010 and the second level in 2015. She is also a musician and a piano teacher.

          She continues to go deeper in her practice and is always studying to expand her knowledge, attending Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing training courses with senior instructor Fabio Andrico.

          Gloria gives regular Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing courses in Barcelona where she lives, and she has taught courses in other regions of Spain (Madrid, Galicia, Basque Region and Andalucía), as well as in Glasgow, Scotland. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

          • Hélène Segard
            Hélène SegardFrance

            Hélène Segard was born in Paris, France in 1979. She practiced dance from childhood till her thirties and then practiced Qi Qong for several years. She has attended numerous teaching and meditation courses on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and similar work through the Tibetan Traditions.

            She was introduced to Yantra yoga of the great Dzogchen Master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu in 2011 and started the process of becoming an instructor in 2016. She has attended courses in Harmonious Breathing and the anatomy of breathing with Fabio Andrico and was authorized in 2017 to teach this profound method of breathing.

            After working 15 years for private companies in risk management, she decided to invest all her time into the study of energetic Chinese medicine and gives Yantra Yoga and Harmonious Breathing courses in Montpellier, South of France.

            • Jesus Martinez
              Jesus MartinezFrance

              Jesus Martinez has been a practitioner of Yantra Yoga for 20 years, and leading the courses in Paris for the last twelve years. He received his Yantra Yoga diploma from Chogyal Namkhai Norbu in  2010. Besides Yantra Yoga he also studied Taichi, Qi Qong, traditional massage and relaxation techniques.

              He studied Harmonious Breathing with Fabio Andrico, and is certified to teach this exceptional and profound method of breathing. He has attended numerous teaching and meditation courses on Tibetan Traditions, mostly with Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche and Tarab Tulkou Rinpoche. He also followed Vipassana meditation, Chan teachings and practice.
              Jesus has been a student of Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rimpoche since 1998.

              • Natasha Priymak
                Natasha PriymakRussia

                Natasha was born in Tajikistan, she lived mostly in Russia and in recent years became an Italian resident. She speaks Russian, English, German and Italian.
                Natasha has been practicing Yantra-Yoga since she met the Master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu in 2002 and received her diploma to teach the eight movements of Yantra Yoga in 2018. She studied Harmonious Breathing and the anatomy of breathing with Fabio Andrico and has been certified to teach this profound method.

                In 2015 she participated in the Pilate courses with Boris Bazzani in Moscow and uses different kind of warmups from Pilates and yoga therapy systems for sustaining body’s health. She received her diploma of Tibetan Ku-Nye massage from Dr. Nida Chenagcang and diploma of Chi Nei Tsang Massage for the vital organs from Master Mantak Chia in Thao Garden. Natasha translated several books about Tibetan medicine and Pilates from Italian to Russian.

                • Vicki Sidley
                  Vicki SidleyUSA

                  Vicki Sidley was born and raised in South Africa. She has resided in California since 1977. She began practicing Yoga in the early 70’s, and has been a Yoga teacher for 16 years, accredited in 2002 by Yoga Arts in Australia at the 500 hour level. Her classes draw from many sources, including classical Hatha Yoga and Zen traditions.

                  In early 2014 she was introduced to Yantra Yoga of the great Dzogchen master Chogyal Namkhai Norbu, and recognized it as uniquely effective. She has practiced this art regularly since.

                  Vicki has taken the first and second open level Yantra Yoga courses. She has attended courses in Harmonious Breathing and the anatomy of breathing with Fabio Andrico, and has helped him edit a book on the subject. In 2015 she was authorized to teach this profound method of breathing, beneficial to all.
