The benefits of harmonious breathing can be felt after just one session, but regular courses, even once a week will give you the greatest benefit.
Harmonious Breathing does not want to simply offer videos online for people to look at and follow. We strive to create a relationship with you and offer online classes geared to your capacity.

No. Wear some comfortable clothes, make sure you have enough floor space (about 4㎡), something to sit on – a yoga mat, cushion – and enjoy your class. Some sessions require you to sit on a chair. There’s no need to buy any specialized clothing. Have something to drink handy during and after your class.
